CURRENT JOB OPENINGS

Case Manager

 Crittenton Services/Wellspring Family Services, a multi-service trauma-focused agency dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals and families, currently has an opening for a Case Manager in our Wheeling office. This position will provide supportive counseling, targeted case management, and behavior management as prescribed. Will also help coordinate any addition necessary assessments or services, assist with the review, development, and implementation of treatment and other service plans. Local travel and other related duties as necessary.

Bachelors Degree in Psychology or Social Work and a minimum of 1 year related experience (or equivalent of school/community service) required. ReGISTERED NURSE

 Crittenton Services is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to work in our residential program in Wheeling. In addition to providing regular medical care to our residential clients, this position will also provide instruction on various health issues and topics.

Candidates will have a current WV RN license with related experience and a pertinent educational background. Experience in mental health/psychiatric nursing is a plus. Schedule is full time with some rotating weekends. Crittenton offers a competitive salary, excellent health benefits, immediate vacation accrual, and much more.

Residential Staff - 2nd and 3rd shifts

 We are primarily hiring full time employees for 2nd and 3rd shifts. These staff members will work directly with our clients helping to implement behavioral health plans, providing general client supervision, teaching daily life skills and activities, and providing transportation service. Other duties assigned as necessary.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and a current, valid driver's license required. Some related behavioral health experience is great, but not necessary. THERAPIST - residential

Crittenton Services currently has an opening for therapist in our residential facility. This position will provide initial and ongoing clinical assessments of the clients’ strengths and needs, coordinate, develop, and implement the clients’ treatment planning in conjunction with the client, psychiatrist, psychologist, care manager, and other treatment team members, and provide individual, group and family therapies as prescribed using appropriate counseling theory.

a full-time maintenance person

 We currently have open in our Wheeling residential facility. Standard duties would include landscaping/grounds, basic vehicle maintenance, low-level construction finish work, and janitorial duties.

Online Therapist

Crittenton Services/Wellspring Family Services currently has an opening for an Online Therapist who will serve our West Virginia clients remotely from one of our Wellspring offices. This contract position will provide initial and ongoing clinical assessments of the clients’ strengths and needs, coordinate, develop, and implement the clients’ treatment planning in conjunction with the client, psychiatrist, psychologist, care manager, and other treatment team members, and provide individual, group and family therapies as prescribed using appropriate counseling theory.

Masters Degree in Counseling or Social Work required. Candidates MUST be licensed for the state of West Virginia (LPC or LGSW), have related client counseling experience. SITE DIRECTOR - NEW MARTINSVILLE/HARRISVILLE

Wellspring Family Services, a division of Crittenton Services, has an opening for a Site Director who will oversee our New Martinsville and Harrisville locations. Reporting to the Director of Family Services, the Site Director will supervise and manage the offices and its staff while providing clinical supervision and administrative oversight.

A Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work with appropriate licensure required. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience with at-risk families and trauma-informed treatment. Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable!

 


TIES Program Licensed Therapist - ohio, tyler, & wood Counties

We have an immediate opening for a WV-licensed Masters level Therapist who will work within the Ohio County school system as a resource liaison for our TIES Program (Trauma-Informed Elementary Schools). TIES is designed to provide early intervention and resiliency-building for at-risk children, with integrated school and home trauma-sensitive environments, in the earliest school years.
