EXECUTIVE Management Position - TIES DIRECTOR

Crittenton Services, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Program Director for our nationally recognized, research driven TIES Program! Our Trauma-Informed Elementary School program is designed to provide early intervention and resiliency-building for at-risk children in the earliest school years. Based in our administrative office in Wheeling, the TIES Program Director will manage the liaisons for the schools and will direct the licensed, trauma-focused therapeutic team while also working with elementary schools statewide to continue the expansion of the program.

Eligible candidates will have a Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work and current mental health licensure for the state of West Virginia. A minimum of 3 years related experience with at-risk families and trauma-related therapy, public speaking, ability to train on trauma-informed care, and program expansion capabilities highly desired; school therapy experience is a plus. Residential Staff - 2nd and 3rd shifts

 We are primarily hiring full time employees for 2nd and 3rd shifts. These staff members will work directly with our clients helping to implement behavioral health plans, providing general client supervision, teaching daily life skills and activities, and providing transportation service. Other duties assigned as necessary.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and a current, valid driver's license required. Some related behavioral health experience is great, but not necessary. Afternoon, evening, and midnight shifts available. We offer competitive pay, an excellent benefits package, free continuing education credits, and schedule flexibility.

Therapist - multiple LOCATIONS

Crittenton Services/Wellspring Family Services currently has an opening for therapist in each of our locations. This position will provide initial and ongoing clinical assessments of the clients’ strengths and needs, coordinate, develop, and implement the clients’ treatment planning in conjunction with the client, psychiatrist, psychologist, care manager, and other treatment team members, and provide individual, group and family therapies as prescribed using appropriate counseling theory.

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or similar areas and appropriate WV licensure (or licensure eligibility) required. Counselors must be WVBEC eligible. We offer full-time employees a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package! Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!

Online Therapist

Crittenton Services/Wellspring Family Services currently has an opening for an Online Therapist who will serve our West Virginia clients remotely from one of our Wellspring offices. This contract position will provide initial and ongoing clinical assessments of the clients’ strengths and needs, coordinate, develop, and implement the clients’ treatment planning in conjunction with the client, psychiatrist, psychologist, care manager, and other treatment team members, and provide individual, group and family therapies as prescribed using appropriate counseling theory.

Masters Degree in Counseling or Social Work required. Candidates MUST be licensed for the state of West Virginia (LPC or LGSW), have related client counseling experience. TIES Program Licensed Therapist - ohio, tyler, & wood Counties

We have an immediate opening for a WV-licensed Masters level Therapist who will work within the Ohio County school system as a resource liaison for our TIES Program (Trauma-Informed Elementary Schools). TIES is designed to provide early intervention and resiliency-building for at-risk children, with integrated school and home trauma-sensitive environments, in the earliest school years.
