DIRECTOR OF WELLSPRING NORTHERN DIVISION

We are expanding our community services, and an exciting new opportunity is available! This management team level position will supervise both Wheeling and Weirton Site Directors, and the Northern area trauma-informed elementary schools (TIES) staff.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed therapist and have a minimum of 3 years experience and prior supervisory experience. Case Manager

 Crittenton Services/Wellspring Family Services, a multi-service trauma-focused agency dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals and families, currently has an opening for a Case Manager in our Wheeling office. This position will provide supportive counseling, targeted case management, and behavior management as prescribed. Will also help coordinate any addition necessary assessments or services, assist with the review, development, and implementation of treatment and other service plans. Local travel and other related duties as necessary.

Bachelors Degree in Psychology or Social Work and a minimum of 1 year related experience (or equivalent of school/community service) required. Residential Staff - 2nd and 3rd shifts

 We are primarily hiring full time employees for 2nd and 3rd shifts. These staff members will work directly with our clients helping to implement behavioral health plans, providing general client supervision, teaching daily life skills and activities, and providing transportation service. Other duties assigned as necessary.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and a current, valid driver's license required. Some related behavioral health experience is great, but not necessary. THERAPIST - residential

Crittenton Services currently has an opening for therapist in our residential facility. This position will provide initial and ongoing clinical assessments of the clients’ strengths and needs, coordinate, develop, and implement the clients’ treatment planning in conjunction with the client, psychiatrist, psychologist, care manager, and other treatment team members, and provide individual, group and family therapies as prescribed using appropriate counseling theory.

Therapist - multiple LOCATIONS

This position will provide initial and ongoing clinical assessments of the clients’ strengths and needs, coordinate, develop, and implement the clients’ treatment planning in conjunction with the client, psychiatrist, psychologist, care manager, and other treatment team members, and provide individual, group and family therapies as prescribed using appropriate counseling theory.

Online Therapist

Crittenton Services/Wellspring Family Services currently has an opening for an Online Therapist who will serve our West Virginia clients remotely from one of our Wellspring offices. This contract position will provide initial and ongoing clinical assessments of the clients’ strengths and needs, coordinate, develop, and implement the clients’ treatment planning in conjunction with the client, psychiatrist, psychologist, care manager, and other treatment team members, and provide individual, group and family therapies as prescribed using appropriate counseling theory.

Masters Degree in Counseling or Social Work required. Candidates MUST be licensed for the state of West Virginia (LPC or LGSW), have related client counseling experience. TIES Program Licensed Therapist - ohio, tyler, & wood Counties

We have an immediate opening for a WV-licensed Masters level Therapist who will work within the Ohio County school system as a resource liaison for our TIES Program (Trauma-Informed Elementary Schools). TIES is designed to provide early intervention and resiliency-building for at-risk children, with integrated school and home trauma-sensitive environments, in the earliest school years.
