It’s never too late to ask for help. Our Wheeling Wellspring staff are Master level therapists and case managers, offering a multitude of services for conditions like depression, trauma, family/relationship issues, substance use disorder and many more.

Kristin Snyder
Clinical Supervisor - MSW, LGSW
Kristin has been working in the field of social work for 22 years. She has experience working with a diverse group of clients. Kristin is an avid traveler with her favorite destinations being South Africa and Iceland. Kristin is also an animal lover with a menagerie of pets.

Sarah Rice
Therapist - MS
Sarah is a Master’s level therapist who enjoys working with children. She has a huge passion for mental health awareness. Sarah is the proud owner of a 6-year-old Husky who is her baby. She is also currently pursuing her provisional license.
Rachael Valentine
Community Liaison - BS
Rachael is a graduate of West Liberty University and brings 10+ years of experience in the mental health field to her position at Wellspring Family Services. She enjoys working with clients and is focused on helping them find inner peace and fulfillment. Rachael enjoys listening to music and is a lifelong Wheeling resident. She shares her home with her two cats, Tucker and Stinky Pete.

Office Coordinator
Allen is the office coordinator for the Wheeling office and always enjoys interfacing with the clients. He is a loud and bearded individual that enjoys telling bad jokes. He loves his family and his beloved Marine Corps Birthday.
